Female MC The Lady Of Rage got her stamp of approval when Dr Dre put her on several tracks from his The Chronic album in 1992 and then following it with appearances on Snoop Doggy Dogg’s Doggystyle in 1993.
A year later – she had her own hit single with “Afro Puffs” (from the soundtrack to Above the Rim) which reached #5 on the Billboard Hot Rap Singles chart.
